As part of its governance responsibilities, the Board of Directors and Executive Management Team met to develop a third Strategic Plan.
|
This Plan is supported by the organisational annual Business Plan and regional and group plans. There are also a number of specific plans for key areas of focus, such as the Aboriginal, Early Years and Education and Training plans.
|
In 2010 the Board of Directors committed to a 2027 Strategic Directions with four key priority areas.
