Organising a workplace fundraising event to raise money is a great way for staff to support Berry Street and have lots of fun at the same time! Fundraising activities can be great team building exercises, social networking events or opportunities to build relationships with clients in a positive and image-enhancing way.
Here are some ideas:

- Host a networking breakfast or drinks event for staff, clients or your industry members.
- Organise a fundraising lunch close to large sporting days eg. Melbourne Cup, Grand Final Day, Australian Open Final.
- Host a Berry Street Breakfast Forum – these are great networking events where a variety of businesses can send representatives to learn more about Berry Street’s work.
- Organise a charity fundraising dinner and auction.
- Have a regular casual clothes day with a gold coin donation to Berry Street.
- Hold a fun run or walk-a-thon.
- Make a donation to Berry Street instead of buying Christmas cards and gifts for staff and suppliers.
