Fundraising at work with your colleagues, or at an organisational level, is easy to organise, great for team spirit and vital to our continued funding.

Below are some ideas for how you can raise money for Berry Street or if you’ve got a great idea of your own, simply complete our Fundraising Event form and get fundraising!

  • Have a morning tea: Everyone bring a plate! A morning tea is a great way to bring everyone in the office together and a gold coin donation (or more!) will help raise much needed funds for Berry Street.

  • Have a movie afternoon: Catching up on the latest thriller or rom-com is not only a great way to spend the afternoon but also a fantastic way to raise funds for Berry Street.

  • Own your boss day: Ever wanted to make your boss get you a cup of coffee or do your photocopying? Here’s your chance, suggest the idea to your boss, tell them it’s for a good cause and for a small (or large) donation have them run your errands for the day.

**To make fundraising for your activity as easy as possible, why not create a page on our fundraising website and give all your supporters a quick and secure way to donate online. Here's how:

1. Log on to our fundraising website

2. Follow the simple instructions to set up your personalised fundraising page - you can specify a fundraising goal, upload an image, and even include a message on why you are supporting Berry Street

3. Email the link to your fundraising page to your family, friends and colleagues and encourage them to sponsor you

4. Each donation is recorded on your page along with any message of support from your sponsors. They will automatically be issued with tax-deductible receipts and the funds transferred to Berry Street.
